Ritchie Maddock
Director

Ritchie brings over 18 years of experience across the signage and shopfitting industries, with a diverse background spanning installation, manufacturing leadership, graphic design, and project management. This breadth of expertise enables him to deliver well-rounded, practical solutions across all stages of a project.
He has a particular strength in managing complex projects, consistently developing creative and innovative approaches to meet and exceed client expectations. Ritchie has extensive experience delivering national rollouts and large-scale commercial projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across multiple sites.
His hands-on knowledge and strategic perspective make him a valuable asset in delivering high-quality outcomes for clients across a range of sectors.

Jason Paver
Director

Jason brings over two decades of industry experience, having worked in the signage sector since 2001. Throughout his career, he has progressed through all facets of the business, from hands-on production roles to senior leadership as Operations Manager. In 2022, Jason became co-owner of Signcraftsmen alongside Ritchie, and now plays a key role as Project Manager while continuing to oversee overall business operations.
He has successfully delivered projects for a wide range of well-recognised brands, bringing a strong understanding of both technical execution and client expectations. With a background as a qualified electrician, Jason offers specialist expertise in illuminated signage, ensuring both performance and visual impact are achieved to the highest standard.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys rugby and basketball, and values spending quality time with his family.

Will Fagan
Project Manager

Will has developed a strong foundation in the signage industry, having grown up immersed in the business and following in the footsteps of his father, who has been associated with Signcraftsmen for nearly 30 years. This early exposure has given him a deep understanding of both the craft and the standards expected within the industry.
He has progressed through multiple roles within the company, beginning with installation, advancing to operating CNC routing technology, and now transitioning into a more office-based position. This hands-on experience across production and technical processes enables him to bring a well-rounded perspective to every project.
Will is committed to delivering consistent quality and maintaining a high level of attention to detail, ensuring every project meets the expectations of both the business and its clients.
